Central Chilled Water Plant Upgrade
- Demolition and removal of the complete chilled water plant from the roof being level 28 of the Stamford Marque Apartments
- Design & Build a complete new chilled water plant in a very confined space
- 11 x AERMEC chiller modules delivered to the roof
- Complete new steel chiller platforms with inertia springs to ensure no noise to the level 27 apartment below
- The modules were built into 2 banks of
- Chiller No.1 containing 6 modules
- Chiller No.2 containing 5 modules
- New Grundfoss chilled water pumps
- Upgrade the electrical switchboard
- Provide complete BMCS for the new chiller plant
