Build Central Plant – Phase out VRV R22 Systems Stage 1
- Build and install new chiller plantroom
- Build and install new cooling tower platform
- 2 x SMARDT water cooled chillers installed
- 2 x BAC cooling towers installed
- 2 x GJ Walker air handling units installed
- 3 x chilled and 3 x condenser water pumps installed
- 2 x new heating water pumps installed
- New chilled and heating water systems inclusive of full reticulation systems, risers & piping insulation
- Provide complete new condenser water piping system
- Provide new condenser water chemical treatment system
- Provide Electrical, switchboards and VSDs
- Provide complete BMCS Design & Construct
