Air Conditioning – Central Plant Upgrade
- Convert base building air-conditioning from local water cooled packaged systems to central chilled water plant with local chilled water fan coil
- Installation of 1 x 600kw Power Pax
- Installation of 1 x 300kw Power Pax
- Installation of complete chilled and condenser water pipework system including CH/W risers throughout 9 levels.
- Installation of associated pumps header tanks and dosing system etc.
- Convert water cooled packaged systems to chilled water fan coil
- Installation of new mechanical services switchboard and sub mains to
- All chiller works completed with in-house Velocity Air staff by agreement with Boronia
