  • Provide new chilled and condenser water pumps

  • Provide new chilled and heating water system
  • Provide new condenser water piping system & piping insulation
  • Provide new condenser water chemical treatment system
  • Provide new side stream filtration unit
  • Provide new fans
  • Provide new VAV boxes
  • Provide new ductwork, flexible, ductwork & fire dampers, fittings
  • Provide new louvres, grilles, diffusers, registers and filters
  • Provide Electrical, switchboards and VSDs
  • Provide complete BMCS Design & Construct
