Scope of work
- Upgrade to occupied floors
- New entrance lobby and retail area
- New End of Trip Facility
- New dedicated heat pump system to serve the above areas
- New central plant including
- 2 x Quantum water cooled chillers installed
- 6 x BAC cooling towers installed
- 2 x GJ Walker air handling units installed L14
- New CHW, CW, HHW and TCW pumps
- New heating water systems inclusive of 3 x new boilers, fully new reticulation systems, risers & piping insulation
- New heating coils to the existing AHU’s
- Provide Electrical, switchboards and VSDs
- Provide complete BMCS by Siemens Controls
