Air Conditioning – Central Plant Upgrade

Work completed to upgrade the Keith Burrows & Physics Theatres air-conditioning plant

  • Complete demolition and removal of the chiller and boiler plants
  • Provide new 2 x Modulex boilers
  • Provide new primary & secondary HHW reticulation systems
  • Provide new 3 x HHW secondary field pumps
  • Provide new 2 x HHW primary boiler pumps
  • Provide new 1 x air cooled Carrier chiller
  • Provide complete new Chilled water reticulation system complete with new 2000 litre buffer tank
  • Provide new 2 x CHW pumping station
  • Upgrade the Electrical switchboard and new VSDs to all new pumps
  • Provide complete new BMCS
